Maggies was excellent - the best guide I have ever encountered during my 30 years of coming to China! She explained everything in a very engaging and interactive manner which held the students' attention. She went the extra ride in making sure our requests were met. Excellent program of activities which gave students a comprehensive taste of Chinese culture and language. Students made progress in their language through the excellent Hutong school and expanded their cultural understanding through all the visits.

Jack and Sandy were very patient and helpful. We loved that they ate with us and engaged the students with their Mandarin. They dealt with any issues that occurred immediately and wonderfully. The students liked them very much! We felt very lucky to have them on our trip. Food was varied and excellent an range of choices and styles. They were really accommodating with the allergies and the halal needs!

Really lovely team - boys loved Caroline and it was a shame she got ill during the trip and missed the last day. Sally was very accommodating and a great sport, Alfred is extremely knowledgeable and flexible to our needs

Caroline was absolutely fantastic. She was open to changing the plan (extreme rain on the last day requested a change), continually checked in with the teachers, parents and students, introduced all of the food we ate (Caroline ordered a great variety), made sure our vegetarian student was well fed, maintained a very positive attitude the whole time, ordered more food when needed or requested, and was generally awesome.

The students loved all of the activities. They didn't have anything negative to say. They loved all of the experiences. All of the other accommodations were wonderful especially the East 21. Both of our guides were wonderful. Aki san was knowledgeable, helpful and energetic. He made us feel safe welcomed. He's a fantastic guide. I am glad we had him.
