What is The Chairman’s Bao?
The Chairman’s Bao [TCB] is the most comprehensive online news-based graded reader for students of Chinese. We publish over 1,600 lessons each year and now have a library of over 4,500 lessons from beginner to advanced level.
Since August 2017, each lesson we publish features automatically-graded comprehension exercises which teachers can set for students through a personalised Teacher Portal. We work with over 200 global schools and universities and match to popular international curricula including, but not limited to: IGCSE, IB, and GCSE.
What has made what you do so successful?
Students love having autonomy over their study and language learning is facilitated through features such as: Live Dictionary, Learning Hub for Vocab Study, Stroke Order Animation and Character Writing tools, graded, spoken audio, and much more.
