Italy is an incredible adventure for all students. We offer tailored trips for many different subjects including History, Art, Business and Geography. We pride ourselves on offering students new, original and exciting activities on every day of the trip, so here are just a few of our favourites:
Wander Around Vatican City
This fascinating city is steeped in interesting politics and history, while being the home of the Vatican Museum which holds one of the world’s most vast and eclectic art collections. It is an experience that will make memories for a lifetime and is sure to peak the interest of all students, from Art to History to Politics!
Tour Mount Vesuvius and Visit Pompeii
Staring into the depths of Mount Vesuvius is a memory unlikely to be forgotten. Our guided tour means students can experience this natural phenomenon to the full. Afterwards we head over to Pompeii, famous for its perfect preservation of a town and its population. Students are welcome to freely explore the site and learn about the volcanic eruption and the subsequent ash covering.
See Michelangelo’s Statue of David in Florence
The Galleria dell’Accademia holds a wealth of beautiful art, and includes the largest collection of Michelangelo’s statues – particularly the world famous Statue of David. After taking it all in we wander the beautiful city of Florence and enjoy a Pizza while watching the sunset; there aren’t many better ways to spend a day! Discover our school trips to Florence!
Ski Italy’s Western Alps
The landscapes of Italy’s Western Alps are truly a sight to behold. Rolling mountains of white snow and crisp blue skies make for an incredible few days of skiing, while enjoying some classic Italian dishes of pizza and pasta and the North West Italian tradition of Antipasti.
